Internal Family Systems (IFS) is based on the idea that the mind is composed of different "parts" with unique roles and emotions. IFS is recommended for those who would like to improve their overall wellbeing and foster personal growth. Join us for a healing and non-judgmental exploration into your parts. Feel empowered to heal your inner world while being surrounded with community.

Our intention setting group helps clients identify and articulate their personal goals and desired outcomes, fostering a more active and intentional approach to their healing and personal growth. By focusing on intentions, rather than just goals, the group encourages self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a proactive mindset. This can lead to a greater sense of agency and control, particularly when navigating challenging situations.

Our therapeutic book club is a collaborative space in which you can explore the complexities of mental health, share stories, and learn new tactics to improve your wellness. Participants choose a book and their reading goals together to explore how the book’s themes connect to recovery.
